Charlie Thomason – Preaching

Charlie has been the preaching minister at Faith Village since 1999. He has also preached for churches in Lubbock, Texas, in Oklahoma, and in Ohio. He holds a B.S. in Bible from Oklahoma Christian University and is also an alumnus of Sunset International Bible Institute.

Charlie and his wife, Rebecca, have two children: a daughter, Moriah, and a son, Christian.

His passion is to help as many people as possible come to know Christ and then to live their life to the absolute fullest extent possible!

Steven Yeakley – Involvement

Steven has his B.A. in Bible from Oklahoma Christian University, an M.A. in Biblical and Related Studies and an M.A. in Religious Education, both from Abilene Christian University

Steven is married to Shelley, and they have three boys: Stuart, Stanton, and Sheldon.

John Orr – Evangelism/Outreach

John has been married 35 years to Susie, and they have five children and five grandchildren.

He attended Abilene Christian College and Preston Road School of Preaching. He has served as an evangelist for 28 years, preaching for 6 congregations before coming to Faith Village. His previous congregation was a mission church whose first service was under a tree. Now that congregation has its own building, leadership, and is self supporting.

He is the author of the “Starting Over” Bible study, religious tracts, songs, and workshop materials.

John R. Fernandez – Spanish Bi-lingual

B.A in Bible from Sunset International Bible Institute

John has a passion to preach and teach the Word of God and to use the talent God has given him of knowing two languages to reach those who speak either Spanish or English.
